Register of planning appeals - Purbeck
The development control section is responsible for most of the administrative arrangements for planning appeals. You can view the appeals register on this page.
If a planning application is refused or not determined by the council within eight weeks there is a right of appeal to the Planning Inspectorate (opens in a new window).
The Appeal Register (pdf, 420kb) (opens in a new window) contains a list of appeals made to the Planning inspectorate in recent years and where they are in the appeal process. This includes information on whether the appeal is awaiting statements, a site visit by the Planning inspector is due, or if determined, the result.
The Appeals Register will be updated monthly.
