Report a problem about your bins or bin collection. Including a missed, lost or damaged bin.

Please note: From 24 June 2017, when a resident successfully applies for (a) a bigger bin for a larger household, (b) extra capacity for disposable nappies, or (c) a full set of bins at a property that hasn't previously had them, an administration and delivery charge will apply.
