Universal Credit - digital support

Your online Universal Credit journal lets you send messages to your work coach, show the things you've done to improve your circumstances and see information about your claim.
We can show you how to use a computer, tablet or phone so you can see your journal and do other things online. We are a friendly bunch of volunteers and our help is completely free.
