Commemorative Plaques in Christchurch

Applying for a plaque on a seat for a loved one is a popular request in Christchurch; in the interests of fairness we process requests on a first-come first-served basis.  Due to the volume of requests there is a queue for processing which can be up to one year.

Costs

The current costs are outlined below (VAT is not chargeable):

All seats will be owned and maintained by the council.

If you wish to be added to the queue please complete the Commemorative Plaque Application form and email to the address below. Please inform us if you have a location preference and we will try to accommodate this as much as possible.
