Notice is hereby given that the above Order, duly made on 21 July 2006, has been submitted for confirmation to the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs.

The Order has been opposed and therefore can be confirmed only by the Secretary of State. An Inspector will be appointed by the Secretary of State to determine the Order.
