Notice is hereby given that the above Order, duly made on 13 January 2017, has been submitted for confirmation to the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs.

The Order has been opposed and therefore can be confirmed only by the Secretary of State. An Inspector will be appointed by the Secretary of State to determine the Order.

Certificate that, in accordance with the requirements of the Act, notices have been published, served and posted on the site and at local offices  8
Certificate that the necessary consultations have been carried out (other local authorities and statutory undertakers)  9
Copies of any consultation replies and the response by the OMA  10
Name and address of every person notified under paragraph 1(3)(b)(i), (ii) and (iv) of Schedule 6 to the Act  11
Location map to enable the Inspector to locate the site  12
Landowner's permission for a site visit  13

Copies of the relevant parts of the Rights of Way Improvement Plan  15

Consideration of the order will take the form of exchanges of statements of case and comments on statements of case.
