Health Walks in Christchurch and East Dorset

Free guided walks which run every week throughout the district. Led by volunteer health walk leaders, these walks offer a great opportunity to get out in the fresh air and meet new people.

There is no need to book, just turn up on the day. Newcomers are always welcome and are asked to complete a short health questionnaire before their first walk.
