Landlord Liaison Service

If you’re a landlord, why not work in partnership with the council?

In East Dorset we can find tenants, from our portfolio of clients, to suit your individual criteria. We offer incentive payments to landlords, ranging from £350 - £750 per property and, if an agent is involved they get £250 too.

As part of our service we will provide support to tenants and landlords and deal with any issues, as they arise. We will carry out viewings with you and the potential tenant, assist with setting up any housing benefit or universal credit payments. We also offer missed payment cover mid-tenancy and damage cover up to £750.

For more information, read the Information for Private Landlords leaflet

Private Sector Property Leasing

This stress-free approach offers reassurances to landlord’s, with our guaranteed rent scheme. This service is provided free of charge and includes management of the property, rent paid directly to you, cover for tenant damage with regular property inspections.

You, the landlord, will receive an incentive payment of up to £750 for working with us and the property will be returned in the same condition as received. We can arrange all maintenance repairs, for which you are financially responsible for. We have a 24 hour helpline for tenants and dedicated officers to support each tenant throughout their tenancies.

For more information, read the Information on Private Sector Leasing leaflet

We also offer a ‘recommend a landlord incentive’ too – so feel free to pass these details on to other landlord’s in our local area.
