Park Home site licence conditions

All residential park home sites need planning permission. In addition to planning permission, a site licence is required which sets out the standards for site layout, access, services and safety requirements.

It is the responsibility of each council to issue and set their own site conditions although we have to take account of the set of model conditions that the Government has produced.

We enforce these site licence conditions which the site owner has to comply with. If you are concerned whether your site complies with these conditions, please contact your local council.

Each council's site licence conditions are slightly different and copies of the conditions for your council area are listed here:

North Dorset site licence conditions

It is not possible to specify a precise set of residential caravan site licence conditions for North Dorset, since each licence will need to reflect the particular circumstances of the site concerned. However, in North Dorset, residential caravan site licence conditions will closely follow the guidance produced in governmental model standards.
