Advice and guidance from your library
Drop in advice sessions take place in libraries throughout the year according to need. Look out for roadshows from The Fire Service about safety at home and in the water, the NHS on topical health campaigns, Wessex Water on conservation and safety, and other organisations local to you. Your local library will tell you what’s coming up.
Library staff can also signpost you to national and local organisations offering help and support on specific topics, or visit Information4Living, a national database of sources of help, maintained by trained librarians.
