Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) Past Consultations

Before being adopted by the council, the Community Infrastructure Levy Charging Schedule goes through a programme of consultation.

To date a stakeholder workshop has been held, and public consultation on Preliminary Draft CIL Charging Schedule and a Draft CIL Charging Schedule. The council submitted the CIL Charging Schedule for examination on 17 July 2013.

We considered all representations on the Preliminary Draft Schedule before developing a Community Infrastructure Levy Draft Charging Schedule and Priorities for Spending (the schedule), which we then published for consultation from 15 April to 24 May 2013.

CIL Preliminary Draft Charging Schedule September 2012

The council ran the consultation on the Preliminary Draft Community Infrastructure Levy Charging Schedule from 4 September until 16 October 2012. 
The Draft Purbeck Community Infrastructure Levy and Development Viability Assessment and Infrastructure Plan and Delivery Schedule have informed the development of the schedule. The notes of a meeting with local stakeholders can be found as an appendix in the viability study.
