The new validation checklist - from 18 March 2019

The new validation checklistwill be effective from 18 March 2019 for the existing councils in Dorset Councils Partnership (North Dorset, West Dorset and Weymouth & Portland) and for the new Dorset Council from April 1 2019. View the application list requirement matrix

Local Flood Risk Standing Advice

The Local Flood Risk Standing Advice is a tool to help local planning authorities (LP As) establish the level of flood risk involved with planning applications. It also helps LP As to deal with low risk applications without the need to consult the Environment Agency (EA) directly.
