Step 2 - How to apply online

Apply online now

  1. Register and apply online, listing up to three schools in order of preference, one of these should be your catchment school.
  2. You will receive an email once you have submitted your child's school application.
  3. Ensure any required evidence, medical or religious, has been sent to the School Admissions Team. We can only consider your application based on the evidence you have submitted as of the closing date and we will not chase you for additional information.

Alternatively, you can download and submit a paper application.

Making late applications

Any applications received after the 15 January 2018 will be treated as a late application. Outcomes will be sent on the 18 May 2018.

Submitting a late application greatly reduces your child's chance of getting a place at one of your preferred schools. This will be the case even if you live in the catchment area and/or have older children already attending the school.

Applications received after the 15 April 2018 will no longer be co-ordinate d and will be dealt with as In Year Transfers. They will be processed as quickly as possible after the late round offer date (18 May 2018) as they are received.

Changing submitted applications

If you wish to change your application once it has been submitted, you will be able to log back into your online account. However, if you are wishing to make changes after the closing date you would need to complete a change of preference form.

Please note we base applications on the information provided by the relevant closing date, if you have moved address after the 15 January we will base your application on the address you were living at as of the closing date, this will be the same if you have moved into a feeder school after the closing date.
