Get back on the saddle

Get back on the saddle sessions are suitable for those who can ride a bike but may not have cycled for a long time or have lost their confidence. Get back on the saddle sessions are great for anyone who wants to get some extra practice before embarking on a health ride. During the session you will learn the correct riding position and saddle height, how to use brakes and appropriate gear selection, different types of gear systems and different terrains.
