Yoga is an ancient form of exercise that focuses on strength, flexibility and breathing to boost physical and mental wellbeing.

Pilates

The art of controlled movements, Pilates improves flexibility, builds strength and develops control and endurance in the whole human body. It puts emphasis on alignment, breathing, developing a strong core, and improving coordination and balance.

Bookings

Gold Card members can book exercise classes online from 7am, 8 days in advance via online booking system.  Please contact reception to confirm or check your email address and then you can book online.

Gold Card members can book a class direct

Diamond Discount Card holders can book from 9am, 7 days in advance and non-members from 9.15am (please pay at time of booking), book by phone or in person.

Booking is advisable and all classes can be booked up to 7 days in advance although space may be available on the day. Please note that our virtual classes can not be booked online.
