Saturday 22 - The History Of Rock! 7.30pm 

THE HISTORY OF ROCK takes you on a journey through time celebrating Rock music through the decades, from its birth to present day. A jaw dropping night transporting you through the golden ages of Rock! Featuring music of artists such as Led Zeppelin, Cream, Guns n Roses, ACDC, Queen and many more.

Rediscover the seeds of Rock and Roll in the 1950's, the birth of Rock in the 60's, right through to the Classic Rock of the 70's and 80's.

A must see for any fan of Rock! Experience this iconic music brought back to life by an exceptional 8 piece band consisting of some of the finest musicians and performers from around the world, original visual footage of the featured bands and artists, as well as incredible concert staging and lighting.

Tuesday 25 - Bingo at The Hub, 7.30pm

Games start at 7.30pm in the Hub Cafe. Cash prizes to be won!

£10 for 10 games.

All welcome, only over 18's may play.

Wednesday 26 September - Verwood in Tune with David Last

Live music performed by leading Organists from around the UK. Doors open at 7pm.

Friday 28 September - Macmillan Coffee morning

Come and support a great charity while enjoying a chat with friends and more importantly a tasty piece of cake. The Hub cafe will also be donating 50% of all takings to Macmillan for that morning.


Friday 5 October - Skate Jam

Over 18's roller disco 8-10pm. Come and join us for an adult evening of rolling and listening to  great mix of tunes.

Saturday 6 October - Live Musical Theatre - The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee

A fantastic musical which includes humour, heart and great songs. This Show has such a universal appeal. There is audience participation, comedy as well as a powerful and emotive music score. Spelling Bee is a story of six extraordinary characters, all with a seperate story to tell.

Friday 12 October - Spiral Steppers Dance Show

The Spiral Steppers are back to give you another show stopping performance! Spiral Steppers are a performing arts group for adults with learning difficulties. This year they are showcasing "It's time to accept", a dance show predominantly themed about areas of prejudice within society. Many subjects of which are close to the performers hearts. Please come and support the brilliant performers - all ticket sales go to the Windward Foundation.

Friday 19 October - Ceroc

Learning to dance with Ceroc is a great way to keep fit, socialise and learn to dance whilst enjoying a complete night out. 8pm-midnight

An adult Christopher Robin, who is now focused on his new life, work and family, suddenly meets his old friend Winnie Pooh, who returns to his unforgotten past to help him return to the Hundred acre wood and help find Pooh's lost friends.

The love affair between Poet Percy Shelley and 18 year old Mary Wollenscraft Godwin, which resulted in Mary Shelley writing Frankenstein.

Thursday 25 October - Halloween Party

Visit the Verwood Hub for our spectacularly spoooooky day! Activities will include some Halloween themed games, followed by arts and crafts, a bouncy castle. £ 7 entry, 1-4pm.
