Fitness classes at The Hub and Emmanuel Sports Hall

Information about the latest group exercise classes and charges at the Verwood Hub and Emmanuel Sports Hall.

Fitness classes

Whether you want to improve your fitness, lose weight, tone up or are just looking for fun and motivating sessions, there are group exercises classes for everyone. From yoga to the phenomenon that is indoor cycling.

Classes are free to Platinum and Active Combo members, but anyone can join in for a small activity charge, starting from £3.10.
